nycc scavenger hunt
2009-02-06 10:01:07

I found an Iron Man Stark Industries flash drive while cleaning my desk earlier this week and decided I'd like to give it away. But, like all good things, ya gotta work for it.

So, with New York Comic Con going on for the next three days, I've devised a scavenger hunt. First person to complete the hunt (rules below), gets the awesome flash drive. After that, I'll be giving away variant edition comics, stacks of comics and other stuff from my personal collection. I give because I love. So, here's what ya gotta do:

There are four things you need to complete my New York Comic Con Scavenger Hunt:

1. A comic book with M.O.D.O.K. in it. Any comic. I love M.O.D.O.K. and you should too. And I'll gladly trade any comic I have for a M.O.D.O.K. comic.

2. A copy of any Wizard Magazine that I contributed to. I was an editor there from 2003 to 2006, so there are over 30 issues of the mag with my name in the masthead and I'd imagine you can pick one up on the cheap at New York Comic Con. I'll also accept the recent edition of Marvel's Greatest Collections freebie. Wolverine's on the cover and there's a goofy picture of me on page 13.

3. A photo with you and either TheRealCerilli, JimMcCann or Damiella. They'll all be at New York Comic Con, most likely around the Marvel booth and I'll gladly accept a cell phone photo, digital photo, polaroid or whatever other proof you can show me you met them.

4. You have to find me. Should be simple, yeah? I could be at a panel, at the Marvel booth or roaming the floor. Ya can't win if ya can't find me!

Sound good? Any questions or concerns, message me via Twitter. I'll be checking it throughout the weekend, probably won't be able to see the comments here.
