Ghost Rider vs. Doctor Strange!

If you've read Ghost Rider #2 yet, you know that the good Doctor is showing up in GR #3 and judging from this image, he and GR won't be talking over a cup of tea and some lemon cookies.
What's going on? Why are they fighting? And most important, who will win?

hard decision i say ghost rider because of his penance stare. dr. strange has to have some dark thing in his past that ghost rider could exploit.
