Is that Martin on ASM again! WHOO! And I'm guessing that's
%**@%*# on Cap there. Great stuff, guys! You always get top-notch talent for my favorite books... or are they my favorite books because of the talent? Yeah, probably that. Ha!
I Believoort!

No!
I prefer blogs to Twitter! *sigh*
Thanks for the time that you can put into this.

Two points, Tom:
1. That Cap piece is stunning! It's like looking at vintage Steranko, my favorite Cap artist after Kirby.
2. I, for one, would miss your blog if you ever stopped.

I'm lovin the reference to the Quesada Spider-Man covers in Martin's art there. Mr. Mattress indeed XD lol.

Oh, please don't stop writing the blog. The stuff you say here is often so interesting.

Please don't stop this blog. It is one of the few must read blogs that I look at. I have no use for Twitter.

Keep blogging!
Hi Tom,
I would hate to see you abandon your blog for Twitter only. While I do follow you on Twitter, I much prefer seeing your expanded thoughts here. I've even got your blog linked on my own!

yeah
Twitter is not really the way to go with communicating a useful level of information. Sure it's great for all the times Bendis wants to make fun of Fraction, or tell us where he got Tacos...but beyond that...

Tweeting
Tweets might be immediate, but the immediacy often has the effect of making otherwise intelligent people look stupid. An initial reaction isn't a thoughtful reaction.

please keep your blog
If you don't know what to write ---just ask the fans questions or ask their opinions on whatever subject relevant to Marvel.
I miss the letter columns in Marvel comics(I know AS still has it).
I would miss this blog too!

blog vs Twitter
While I understand how difficult it can be to come up with topics for the blog, not to mention finding the time to actually do it, I for one hope you continue. Twitter is fine for what it is, but it is a completely different creature than a blog and does not serve the same purpose.

Twitter will die off someday, but Marvel.com will live on. Remember that.
Just write 2 sentence blogs, like a tweet. That's easy and informative.

blog vs twitter
Twitter is ridiculous. Just an incredible waste of time and energy producing nothing of any value whatsoever, other than proving that the current generation has the attention span of a gnat.

No Twitter..... A lot of stuff gets posted by Ben Morse and others at CBR's boards. That gets a lot of traffic.

Blogs
I can't agree enough with what everyone has already said. I'd really hate to think that blogs just started getting popular and are immediately out of date because they contain more than 144 characters, or whatever.
There will always be people who would rather read and think. Please don't forget them in the rush of the attention-deficit wash.

Wh Will Wear the Shield page
Tom,
I've seen about 6 preview pages for this book, and now th eifrstpage in black and white. Most of thepreview pages posted on one of the comic news asites as an exclusive preview absolutley blew my mind!!
Butch Guice is really kicking things up a notch here! His pages are totally emoting some serious Steranko, while carrying things much further in the execution IMHO.
This book needs to be released as a black and white edition ala Cap #601!! The artwork in B & W is so stunning!!
Hope that happens!!
