I'm looking forward to all of these books, too bad I can't afford them all.

divas or vixens?
That sheet showing what looks like concept art for Firestar looks very interesting, is it for the upcoming "Marvel Divas" book? If it is I'm very glad, 'cause that looks quite far from the cheesecake book I was expecting.
Actually, and saving the distances, it reminds me a little to Xaime Hernandez "Locas" characters.
Who's the artist?

Can anyone else make out what it says on the Firestar sheet? Looked like something about a "lump." I'm still concerned since I think Firestar's about as far from a diva or vixen as you can get in the MU, though, and I hope they don't pull a Monica Rambeau-in-Nextwave on her personality.

That said, as tanwer noted, the art doesn't look too cheesecakey, which I appreciate. Angel's haircut is actually pretty cute and looks like something that could appeal to that elusive young/female demographic. If the cover doesn't scare them away.

This whole Marvel Divas stuff reminds me of Emma Frost's series, which portrayed covers by Greg Horn (pretty cheesecake if I recall) but the story within its pages was the exact opposite of cheesecake...

I think it says hyphen when I couldn't understand, SPOILERS AHEAD: "Wold be cool if she had a -moped- (limited ed. vespa -lx- here)... Also would make a good story -please- think. (she can -fail- and discover the lump then, for the most obvious example)"
So yeah, it looks like our Angel is going to get a little ill...

do it one more time
hi Tom me too I had a week full of work so I'd like to ask you to do me a favor : can you explain once again the editorial reasons why Wolverine is in 3 books at the same time.
I know there is an economical purpose behind this but I'd like to hear you once again justifying it..and if you could after that explain why you're doing a particular story at aparticular time also, and in general what we can or can not do in editoring in general at Marvel...can you do that ?
I really had a bad day, y'know

Holy cow! That Guardians of the Galaxy double page spread is AMAZING! That's not Pellietier (sp?) is it? But what's going on in Mighty Avengers? Cause that's all Inhumans and Black Bolt too. Crossover? Not that I'm complaining. I LOVE War of Kings!

FF--Staying on
Well after seeing the page of Stuart Immonen's work on FF. Looks like I'll be sticking around a while longer. Hitch and Millar have been a new kind of breath to the series and I'm very sorry to see them leave the book. Now, If I could just get inking work on this book. Hint, hint. ; )
