Also, please consider bringing bringing Doppelganger out of the penalty box.

I miss Mary Jane!
Please, reconsider the Spiderman/Mary Jane split up. There has to be a way to reverse Mephisto's deal. Please! I beg of you! Consider it at your Spiderman summit!

Please, for the love of God, tell them to stop making Peter Parker into a moronic incompetent idiot. And make sure they realize just how much they've overdone the runs out of webbing cliché. By now just the mention of webbing or webshooters is so disgusting, that I nearly throw the comic in the garbage, even while I'm just reading it in the store, whenever they mention either of the two.
Peter Parker is an underdog, he should never ever ever be a loser. If they don't get that difference, then they don't get Spider-Man. Then again, these writers have already made it quite clear how little they get Spidey in the past eight months.

How far are you ready to go for a change of all the Brand New Day-thing ?
Something like trading your souls ?

Nah, but I would consider buying it again. And maybe possibly if they've done enough to re-earn my trust, allow my godchildren to read Spider-Man again. Something I would not allow them to do while the BND status quo is still in place. I wouldn't want them to hate Spidey, which they would if I let them read the current badly written run of ASM.

To satisfy both sides...
It seems that the Spider-Man audience is deeply divided over BND. Some like it, many loathe it, and it probably seems impossible to satisfy both.
I have a pretty simple suggestion. By definition, the new fans are not overly concerned with continuity; nor, I suspect, do they care about Peter's love life, since he actually isn't dating very much. I think what they like is the brighter tone to the book.
So... if the original continuity were restored (his secret identity would probably have to be fixed, but between holographic Iron Spiders and rampant Skrull imposters, that would not be difficult), simply keep the bright tone. That's all. I'd be willing to bet that would satisfy 80% of the people on both sides of the issue.

We want OMD/BND gone!
Marvel,
if you care about your fanbase whatsoever, you will get rid of BND/OMD. How can you possibly claim you care about your fans when over 75% of them are screaming that they HATE it. You've lost 50% of your readership and at the rate it is going, losing 75% isn't far behind.
We don't just "not like it", WE HATE IT.
We hate the fact that our hero made a deal with the devil. We hate the fact that you got rid of a perfectly good marriage because you think it will be easier for sloppy writing to be more interesting. We hate the fact that the fans don't want this and you said "screw you". We hate it.
Marvel, just admit you made a mistake and find some way of getting rid of OMD/BND. If you don't, fans will continue to leave. We're buying other books now - and you are reaching your point of no return. After 30+ years of collecting Spider-Man, I now have not bought a single book with Spider-Man in it (and have dropped 95% of all of my Marvel titles) in 9 months. You know what? We are moving on. If you don't make changes now, it will be too late. In another year, we might just not care anymore.
You will have ruined an American icon.
Good job guys.
Marvel, the fan base does not want this. Regardless of what Joe Q thinks should happen in the world of Spider-Man, YOUR CUSTOMERS don't want this. If you want your fans back and your sales to increase, find a way to get rid of BND/OMD.
You have very little time to correct this problem. If you do, and do so quickly, Spider-Man fans will return and return bigtime.
You have an opportunity to fix this Marvel.
If you care about your fans one bit, you will fix this now.

We want the Peter/MJ marriage gone!

How can you possibly claim you care about your fans when over 75% of them are screaming that they HATE it. You've lost 50% of your readership and at the rate it is going, losing 75% isn't far behind.

We do not deny the fact that our hero made a deal with the devil. We hate the fact that you got rid of a perfectly good setup because you want to make a quick buck by doing it in the comics before it's seen anywhere else (except for Shea Stadium, apparently, what was that all about). We hate the fact that the fans don't want this and you said "screw you". We hate it.

Oh what's that, you have? Just as well then. I knew those twenty-one years of continuous letter-writing would pay off eventually!

You know what, 300% of fans hate self-righteous posters. If Marvel knows whats good for it, they'll banish them from existence.
