Answers to Civil War
Just wanted to let you know that, as a fan, I really appreciate the time you take to answer our questions. I also dig the fact that you don't sugarcoat your opinions, either over on Newsarama or in your blog. Good stuff and thanks.

I have been reading the newsarama thread. Thank you for taking the time to answer the questions, even the redundant and attacking ones. On a personal note, at WW Chicago last year during the Cup O Joe panel I told Joe that he was the most important EIC since Stan Lee. I still believe that, but you and the other editors at Marvel are just as important. I've been reading Marvel for 15 years, and in my opinion it has never been better than it is right now. Thank you.

Thanks
Tom, just want to add my voice to the thanks for doing the post-CW thread at Newsarama. I know a lot of people seem really down on Civil War, but I just reread the main mini on its own and it holds together, all the relevant info was in there - a lot of the fan complaints i keep hearing are either just personal opinion or just plain wrong.
thanks for taking the time to answer the questions with a level, clear head. I think I'd have flamed by now and told everyone to **** off!

post CW- the champions
Reading the pitch for the new upcoming title " the Champions ", seems very intersting, close (very close) from some Tv-reality-shows concept;the next step for social analysis of the super-heros mythos (gods among us -please don't flag this as offensive), nobody don't become a legend like that ( hope to read what Keith Giffen could do on a pitch like this but I 'm not sure that Marvel want to take a MARSHALL LAW direction ), question is : is there enough vilains to fight in the MU now ?

CW
Thanks Tom and Marvel for the wild ride you've delivered over the past year. True, I am one of the folks who was disappointed in the Civil War ending and extremely put off by the depiction of Cap in the last issue. The Captain America I saw at the end of Civil War is not someone I recognize, and I hope we won't be seeing that Cap-as-quitter depiction again. But I can't remember a time when a comics company has delivered so many awesome titles and story lines over such a sustained period. I don't agree with all of Marvel's decisions, but I can only admire the energy and creative resources you guys are putting into the books now.
