weight gain
I can relate man, I'm a sys admin and sitting behind the desk all day is taking it's toll. I've put on about 20 or 30 pounds in the last year and a half or so, and it's time to do something. I'm starting by cutting out all the soda....and it pains! Oh the pain!

Easy weight loss tip- replace soda with the yellow vitamin water. You still get caffeine, but the sugar is lower on the glycemic index. I lost 40 pounds that way.

I hope you adopt healthy eating habits and physical activity and not tricks or fads or gimmicks. I think you've done a great job with Civil War, Capt America and such, so I hope you'll stick around to give me more great comics to read.
The tried and true way to lose weight has always, and will be eating in moderation and physical activity. You have to include fruits, veggies, and dairy in a sensible eating plan. It takes patience.
Remember: it took you awhile to put on the pounds, it takes awhile to lose it.
I have a degree in nutrition, and I used to be a personal trainer.

And, yes, regular soda is not helpful. If you can't go without, then cutting back is always helpful.
