Molly Lazer gifts Dexter Vines

It took a long time in coming--though not as long as some people would have you believe. But after ten months, CIVIL WAR had run its course. And as a special thank you to the creative team, we presented them with something special.

in his travels, Joe Quesada had run a fellow who could etch artwork onto wine bottles, creating cool, classy, distinctive keepsakes. So, for each member of the CIVIL WAR creative team, we commissioned a commemorative bottle of wine, with an image from the series and an inscription on the bottle.

We were able to give Steve McNiven and Dexter Vines their bottles when they were in town for the New York comic convention back in February, and the rest of the team had theirs shipped out to them some time later.

Hmmm....
I wonder how much these bottles went for on Ebay? Actually, that is a really classy way to celebrate. Of course, with as much as you sold, you might have been able to buy them a case of wine a piece!
