Alright folks! It's the Messenger of Meaninglessness vs. The Clown Prince of Crime! Will The Joker again pull another victory from his bag of tricks or will his title 'Agent of Chaos' be conceded to these new contender!
Madcap is a fairly unknown character, who is often portrayed vastly inaccurately in any and likely ALL Ghost Rider titles. His original debut was against nomad where with a simple stare could drive people into a euphoric state of madness! This may not bother Joker all too much, both are CRAZY enough! Yes, as I'm sure you'll find out, by Madcap's attire you can understand he isn't sane.
Anyhow, Aside from driving people made with a stare, Madcap also has an EXTREMELY powerful healing factor, perhaps rivaling or superior to Logans, and at the same time having the inability to feel pain outside of magical means...
And next we have The Joker, one of DC's most well known villains who is notorious for the viscious crimes he invokes on humanity and Gotham for the soul purpose of DESTROYING Batman. He is incredibly crafty and profficient with an arsenal of gear that one wouldn't expect to be weapons until something blew up! Or your eyes melted from your head.
However, despite the seeming mismatch of powers, Madcap's purpose is to show the WORLD that there is no reason for ANYTHING in the world! With that said, Madcap will not be actively looking for a fight and might just cross paths with Joker on a chanced meeting.

Madcap in a curbstomp. Mistah J is only human, and Madcap has one of the sickest healing factors imaginable. Not to mention, Madcap has influencing abilities as well. Granted, Joker's insanity makes it impossible for a telepath of Martian Manhunters calibre to even hold, he still has to deal with that healing factor. Impossible odds for the Joker.

Well as far as the insanity goes, it's not really a debilitating one. It's not been too clear if it would effect someone who was already insane. Also, isn't it Ironic that the most mismatched thread I've ever made received hits THIS quickly, where as more well thought out ones were overlooked?
Come on, now, It's not as if Madcap would be trying to kill Joker outright, if you can't give me a REASON that Madcap would somehow try with his Fun Gun, I dunno, jamming it in his eye...then really it's still QUITE ongoing.
