Anyone else get the potential 'Patriot Act' reference? He's spying on all the heroes using an elaborate network and the little subtitle 'The Iron Patriot Acts'. Seems a bit obvious to me, wonder if the whole point of calling him Iron Patriot was for this or if they realized it later, or if I even noticed something deliberate?

I'd say his "Lost Target" is one of the big three: Cap, Iron Man, or Thor. All the other biggies (except the FF) are accounted for in some way.

I definitely get the reference to the Patriot Acts. Osborn had already begun spying on some of the most dangerous heroes in the Marvel U., especially because he already had the most powerful villains on his side or in his pocket. I imagine the "acts" are going to be when he makes his big moves, removing them or killing them all together. With Avengers of his own, his soon to be X-Men, and his very own "Illuminati" in place, he has already got the big ball rolling.
Seeing Skaar onscreen got me excited too...wonder how that will play out. And yeah, I think that "lost target" is Iron Man...definitely.
