Colonel Glenn Talbot was member of United States Air Force, United States Army and Hulkbusters. He was also an enemy of the Hulk (Bruce Banner), Hulk and was killed during a battle with him in Japan. After Ross, Thaddeus, General Ross died at the hands of the Red Hulk, Talbot resurfaced with Ross' daughter, Ross-Banner, Betty, Betty. The mystery surrounding his resurrection has yet to be revealed, but Talbot is either working with or under the protection of the Intelligencia.
