It's the debut of Bucky Cap! It's also one heck of a good read. I know this book has been one of the darlings of comic critics everywhere, and it is for good reason. Compelling characters combined with some great Epting artwork. The story line of America under economic and social terrorist attack builds upon our current economic uncertainties in a fairly plausible manner. The art is not the type you go "oh wow" over the complexity and line work, it is just so well done that it adds to the story with atmosphere and expressiveness. It is part of the whole experience, not a separate item saying "look at how cool I am". The presence of the Black Widow is a nice touch as well.
