JackStamper member 5pts The Sub-Mariner-Story continues to be an awesome and epic adventure...with very poor romance. Krang wants Dormas heart, so he tries to kill Namor, so her heart is free. And previously, Dorma tried to take Atlantis from Namor, so he can be free to love her. EMOTIONS DON'T WORK THAT WAY! This really is the thing hurting this story the most...besides that, it's great. Stan even took time to let an old man approach Namor and just praise him for being the Sub-Mariner. It really feels like a tale from times past, a noble knight on his rightful quest to restore his kingdom and his honor...The Hulk...well, he thinks he can help the unconscious Rick Jones by blowing air into his mouth from some space away. Not only do we have a case of Mouth to mouth insufflation, without the courage to show lips touching, but somehow forcefully pushing in more air is shown as a better thing. Rick is not a balloon, Dr. Banner! Before that, Ross drops a nuclear warhead in the desert, to destroy the Humanoid, but somehow it's still a clean bomb...after the mushroom cloud is gone, it's safe to walk inside. Yeah, sure. General Rosses knowledge of the safety of nucelar strikes is proven again later: "Get out of the cave, Hulk! We're about 20 meters away from you, and are not afraid to drop some more warheads! Nuclear ones!""Rick go now!" "I'm not going!" "I'm serious, they're going to bomb this place!" "I'm still not going!" "It's the last page, we need to resolve this now!" "Ok, I'll go. But you better not bail out of this by Deus Ex Machina or so..." "Hi there, the Leader here via Marvel-trademarked DEM-Holograms. I can teleport you out, if you want to. But you have to answer next issue, for the cliffhanger."A solid issue overall, but the Hulk kinda lost it's wind after the Reboot.
