"But if I do get there, how can I get back?" fzzzt! "Oh...erm...that's actually a good question...darn it, I've stranded my green fighting machine in space..."

"There is one thing I didn't tell you. Someone else tries to get the machine as well, and you have to beat him." - "Why didn't you say so sooner? I was prepared for danger anyway, and you just saw my strength is uncalculatable. But thanks to you keeping this for yourself, this other guy got the drop on me!" - "Huh...you're right. I must be having an off day...

In all honesty, the Hulk-story is in a rough spot right now, but doing its best to climb out of it. They got rid of the bullet, but tried to change the formula yet again by having him absorb so much energy, that he won't transform back anymore. Him working for the leader is a fine touch though, and actually quite in character - at least until he has some more time to think about it.

The Sub-Mariner story has two very nice scenes: First an actual riot, with Krang and his men doing their best to contain it, and then Namor actually giving up on the quest to instead safe Lady Dorma...and probably solve the test anyway, while he's at it, if I know my tropes right. A nice turning point to a still epic adventure.
