Now this is how you build up a threat! The Juggernaut approaches, and for now, all caution is blown into the wind. The prof reveals Cerebro and tells a rather grim story about his family, how a colleague of his father managed to seduce his widow and get her wealth, and how he met his jealous stepbrother. It also shows, how casually he abused his psychic powers  to get, what he wants...something, that wasn't that obvious in the sixties, it seems.

One could argue, he could have just skipped to the point, though, for the moment, it's not important, how he met Cain, or what happened to both of their parents. The only really interesting point is the one with the jewel of Cytorrac. And yes, this is the Cyttorac Doctor Strange often gets his powers from. A very nice and unexpected touch! Overall, despite its flaws, this story is amazing, and raises the stakes for part two immensely!
