I quite liked the issue, but I just don't see how the continuity can be resolved with the Hulk comic.  It's not as simple as one happening before the other.  Here, Banner is a genius when he disappears from S.H.I.E.L.D. radar, sacrificing other banner, and clearly not being able to go back to Hill.  In Hulk he was still working for S.H.I.E.L.D. when he got shot in the head, and brain damage reduces him to a child like state, which we know will be resolved by Stark using extremis on him in Axis, or around then anyway.

This cannot come first, else Banner would not have been at S.H.I.E.L.D. when he got shot, it could not have happened after because his mind is gone.

I really think when characters feature in multiple titles that are main current 616 (rather than what if/ alt earth/ different time) that one creative team or editor should have the character continuity key, and other writers should clear any plans they have with the CharConKey (or Gruenwald key) holder.
