And with that this Iron Man comic has ended...after 28 issues. I haven't found a new one yet, so...no Iron Man anymore? Too bad, this run wasn't bad, accept for the 451-saga, which I still didn't really like. And 451 goes on to screw with Tonys life after all: It was him who gave sentience to the Mandarins rings. Now he's finally returned to Rigel...

Pepper breaks up with her fiancee...which I think is a sad move. Not only is him being the last Mandarin a rather weak reveal and destroys a potentially great character dynamic, he's also taken out in about 3 pages. "Yeah it's me, and I got a hostage!" "No you don't" *blast* Although, that being said, nice for Tony to see through the Liars illusion, and also seeing the Mole Man analyzing the situation appropriately, tossing away his ring, before he is targeted.

I wished, we could've seen more of the Mandarins, the concept as great, but I know nothing about half of the last bunch (or the rings powers, for that matter), and they just got together as a team...only to be smashed immediately. Which in one way is great and presents Tony and his team as quick thinking and able to prevent catastrophes, before they happened, but it also greatly cuts down the potential stories one could make...then again, Original Sin was about to begin, so there's a border already...

Anyway, the end was a bit fast, but so far I liked it. Tony is happy, Arno is happy, Red Peril has her powers back and is happy, Malekith has stolen a demon kid and is happy...everyone is happy!

Ok, Pepper probably isn't, but everyone else is!
