The Story
Once the deadliest, most feared mutant mastermind on the planet, MAGNETO is no longer the man he once was. After falling in with Cyclops and the X-Men, Erik Lehnsherr became just one more pawn in another man's war. But now, determined to fight the war for mutantkind's survival on his own terms, Magneto sets out to regain what he's lost...and show the world exactly why it should tremble at the sound of his name. Magneto will safeguard the future of the mutant race by hunting down each and every threat that would see his kind extinguished-and bloody his hands that they may never be a threat again.

Best of the new mutant solo books. (Cyclops, Storm, Nightcrawler, etc...) Fun read!

I have to admit that I never really took Magneto seriously. He always seemed a little too over the top, even for comic books. I really love this book. I love the direction that they have taken with him in this book. I'll definitely keep reading.

I'm Hoping for this to be good. I've read Cullen Bull's work on The also new 2014 Sinestro series and it was pretty good. Better than I expected. The art in this looks nice from what I've seen so far but I also don't like him being bald but his costume looks sick!

... no. That's not Magneto. Maybe pull a Xorn 2 shtick but seriously? No offense to Cullen Bunn, and I get that Marvel Now is meant to be for people who wouldn't get the Xorn reference, but that's not Magneto. The art's not bad, and the writing is good, were it any other character than Magneto. I was really looking forward to this too...

he looks more and more like prof. X.
