This series was amazing. I hope it will return.
This was my favorite series, not just of the currently, but of all the series I have read. The writing was witty, fun, and fast-paced and the art was refreshing. I'm incredibly sad and upset that you at Marvel decided to cancel this series. Not every book can get spectacular sales (especially those which you don't promote) and it is unfair to those of us who did support the project from its get-go. I hope at some point you see that and bring this back, in one shape or another. However, thank you so much for making it available on Marvel Unlimited and for supporting the project in the beginning.
I'm really upset this is going away. Peter David is one of my favorite writers, and this was one of my favorite comics out. I really hope PAD brings X-Factor back in some shape or form. Shame on anyone who wasn't buying this. At least I still get to read him on Spidey 2099.
Ah~ I'm not sure if any of the people involved in this check this particular spot, but I really want to say that I hope we can see a revival of this storyline in the upcoming events and that I'm very happy the ending was left open ended enough for that possibility because this was honestly my favorite running series and I was so upset when I heard of it's cancellation. Thank you for bringing this cast together~
Terribly sad ever since I heard this book was ending. It's definitely the best X book on the shelves. I'd love to see followup in other series, but ultimately what had me hooked were the relationships, and I guess we won't see much of the team members interacting with each other when they go their separate ways. The team relationships forged in this book are stunning, and it's practically a crime to have cut it so short.
Here's hoping Serval, and Georgia Dakei, live on to see other titles. And that the character development Pietro finally got after so many years will be picked up by other writers.
This is the book that brought me back into buying comics legally. It's a fantastic series that give characters that have been type casted for many years (Lorna, Pietro) new and positive character development. Peter David is an amazing writer that knows and loves these characters. Carmine Di Giandomenico should be Pietro's main character designer since he makes him look like an actual person instead of a mini Magneto. Pop Mhan was also amazing during his issues. He drew an amazing Wanda that should be the template for her. This book was just amazing and new. It had a fresh idea with a new roster for X-Factor. After years of seeing Madrox, Wolfsbaine, and Havok at the helm of X-Factor, it was nice seeing Gambit and Doug on a new team. I really hope Peter David writes the Maximoffs more often because he actually cares about them. Please give him one of Bendis's or Remender's pieces. PLEASE. They are taking these characters in weird directions. I'm going to miss this book so much.
A great team book for sure, highlighting Peter David's talents for drama through disparate characters and their dynamics. Sadly, the art leaves the book feeling cold, something I'm not sure is attributable to the pencils, but more the colours and lack of inks. Sadly, I imagine that this lack of connection drove many readers away, hence why the series is ending where it is. Lorna, Pietro, Doug, and even Gambit in Peter David's hands, are complicated people, and I hope that these versions of the characters aren't lost when the book does.
This was one of my favorite books, and one of the books that really got me into comics. So sad and disappointed to see it ending.
When someone asked me to recommend an ongoing team book, for the entire year, this is the book I'd hand them. All-New X-Factor has given Pietro and Lorna more positive character development than they've had in years, and I'm really, really going to miss these spectacular siblings. That being said, looking forward to seeing Lorna in Magneto, and Remy in X-Men, not really looking forward to where Pietro is headed.
This series is amazing and honestly my favorite currently running comic and I'm so sad it had to end as early as it has. I really hope all the characters on the team can find a place in a new series and not put back on the shelf after this.
This series must continue on! The writing and artwork is just spectacular!
After reading issue 5, I felt compelled to thank the entire creative team behind this book. I've been an ardent fan of Mr. David for years (his run on X-Factor volume 1 was my first subscription to a comic book) and All-New X-Factor is just superb. Reminiscent of that run twenty plus years ago, the writing is crisp and the artwork is gorgeous. After being away from the medium of comics for a few years now, this book is a wave of nostalgia that has left me anticipating the next issue and excited once again for what comics can do as medium. Bravo, lady and gentlemen.
