(NYSE: MVL), a global character-based entertainment and licensing company, will release financial results for its second quarter ended June 30, 2009 prior to the market's opening on Tuesday, August 4th. Marvel will then host a webcast at 9:00 a.m. ET that day to provide an overview of its financial results.
