It's the debut of Bucky Cap!  It's also one heck of a good read.  I know this book has been one of the darlings of comic critics everywhere, and it is for good reason.  Compelling characters combined with some great Epting artwork.  The story line of America under economic and social terrorist attack builds upon our current economic uncertainties in a fairly plausible manner.
