Still better to start with part 1 and then leave out the rest, I would think.
Marvel makes more money from trades than digital comics. The idea of skipping issues is to entice you to go out and buy the trade with the whole story. Thats the model for their digital comics division, not giving us whole stories to read.

If you're going to create a gap in a series by jumping ahead to a specific storyline, you jump ahead to Part 1. Not Part 5. All you're doing here is spoiling the ending.
