TRIAL BY FIRE
Episode: 001
Originally Aired: 09.02.2006

Johnny is put on trial for crimes against the Kree Empire by Ronan the Accuser after destroying the latest in a line of Kree Sentries, alien robots that have been observing the FF. When Johnny chooses Reed as his lawyer, Ben and Susan take the stand in Johnny’s defense. But defending Johnny’s reckless behavior is tougher than they thought, especially when the accused is presumed guilty before the trial even starts!

The Breakdown

Reed Richards, Ben Grimm, Susan Storm and her brother Johnny were given extraordinary powers after a voyage on Reed’s experimental rocket ship took them straight into the eye of a cosmic storm, transforming them into the Fantastic Four! Back on Earth, Reed became Mr. Fantastic, with the ability to stretch and twist his body into any shape. Ben Grimm was transformed into the rocky, orange-skinned and incredibly strong hero known as the Thing. Susan became the light-bending, energy-manipulating heroine known as the Invisible Woman and her brother Johnny took to the skies as the flying, incendiary hero known as the Human Torch!

From their headquarters in New York City’s Baxter Building all the way to different dimensions, the Fantastic Four use their incredible abilities to battle countless enemies, most notably their arch-nemesis, the evil Dr. Doom, in order to use their powers to protect mankind.
