and how can you not love how Barry is being written?
you know there's that "why dark characters are more appealing, and light characters are boring" (or something like that thread) here...and all you have to do is see how the Flash is being written.
"light" characters CAN be appealing too. _________________ Fighting ignorance one fan-boy at a time.
This was a nice issue, the art was amazing! Everything looked as it should: heroes were bright and vibrant while their Black Lantern counterparts were absolutely scary.
No Hal Jordan in this issue, but that's what made it so good. It was great to see Flash rally the troops.
Another good issue, although it was kinda weird how it didn't have even one Lantern in it. Flash, along with Hal, seems to be the main lead of this book. Heck, he's been the focus moreso then Hal has. I don't mind it that much, but his little motivational speeches are getting kinda cheesy But overall, this was a great issue. We finally got to see Nekron! It seems like these first 4 issues were a lot of set up, and the rest of the series will be kicking into high gear now. _________________ When the mob and the press and the whole world tell you to move, your job is to plant yourself like a tree beside the river of truth, and tell the whole world--"No, you move."
