Storm has absolutely no chance here, literally none at all you might as well pit Bullseye against Abraxas for all the difference it would make.

its like talking to a brick wall...... with an unmovable devotion to storm he is a true "stormtrooper" (thanks to numba1assassin for the moniker)

Storm will win though it will be a tough fight, but Storm is just more powerful than Abraxas so Storm would win.
