IMO that means this MYTH is BUSTED!
He has almost no good feats, he rarely uses his cosmic powers creatively. Terrax is a moron and he fights like one, he got owned by Gamora, Surfer used to treat him like trash, Terrax lost to Ravenous and his Seekers, he was humiliated by Sentry, killed with one blow by Rulk. Terrax is a jobber and thats why he will lose.

Terrax fought a de-powered Morg who had no cosmic energy just the Water of life power.
Think about it. Terrax is the poorest of the heralds. Morg at one time was on steroids, he had cosmic power and water of life power and was slapping around and murdering multiple heralds at the same time
Galactus stops his cosmic energy - you've now got a weak Morg
Now Terrax can finally make himself look good by beating a herald who was practically crippled

It wasn't a planet, there are millions of people in Africa, there are millions of people in Europe, there are millions..sorry Billions in India
there are millions in the United States
If you terraformed our Moon you could also put millions of people there
Our Moon has the same surface area as Africa, just because millions live in a certain place does not make it a planet
