U.S. customers who purchase any one or more selected Spider-Mann digital comics (please refer to the list of qualifying comics) on the Marvel Comics app for iOS or Android devices or Marvel Digital Comics Shop on June 3rd, 2012 from 12:01 AM EST to June 10th, 2012 11:59 PM EST will be e-mailed on June 11th, 2012 a code and a link to redeem a coupon valued at $5.00 to be used for any Marvel comics or collected editions purchased at their local particpating comic retailer.

If you purchase a digital comic that is not on the qualifying list, you are not eligible for a $5 coupon. You have to purchase a digital comic on the Marvel Comics app or Marvel Digital Comics Shop that is categorized as a qualifying comic from 6/3/12 (12:01 AM EST) to 6/10/12 (11: 59 PM EST). No. You MUST purchase at least one single digital issue on the Marvel Comics app or Marvel Digital Comics Shop from the list of eligible titles between 6/3/12 at 12:01 AM EST and 6/10/12 at 11:59 PM EST in order to to be eligible to receieve a $5 coupon.

No. You have to purchase a digital comic on the Marvel Comics app for your iOS device (iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch) or Android device.
( click to open ) If I redeem a free digital copy of one of the qualifying titles, can I be eligible for the $5 coupon?
No. You must purchase a digital comic in the Marvel Comics app or Marvel Digital Comics Shop on the advertised dates in order to qualify. Any free digital codes/copies that are redeemed from the qualifying list (Avenging Spider-Man #1-7, Ultimate Comics Spider-Man #1-11) do not qualify for this promotion.
All coupons should be e-mailed to qualifying customers by the end of the day on June 11th, 2012. If it has not, please e-mail onlinesupport@marvel.com with you iTunes or Google Checkout receipt and details about your order (title/issue purchased, date/time, etc.).

No. You can only receive one coupon per customer no matter how many digital comics you purchase during the length of the promotion.
No. You must purchase at least one digital comic in the Marvel Comics app for you get the coupon. It does not matter how much the comic costs as long as you make a digital purchase in the Marvel Comics app on the day of the promotion.
You can purchase Marvel Comics print issues or graphic novels. You cannot reddem this coupon for cash or resell it. This coupon is not valid for purchase any of Marvel's digital comics or products.
You can redeem this coupon at your particpating comic shop.
