1. Try signing in again. (This works a lot of the time)
2. Check your browser's options to make sure that you have cookies enabled.
When you registered you should have received an e-mail from email@example.com. If you didn’t receive that e-mail, add firstname.lastname@example.org to your address book to make sure that the e-mail from that address is delivered to your inbox. You can re-send your confirmation e-mail from your personal control panel.
