    When you registered you should have received an e-mail from confirmation@marvel.com. If you didn’t receive that e-mail, add confirmation@marvel.com to your address book to make sure that the e-mail from that address is delivered to your inbox. You can re-send your confirmation e-mail from your personal control panel.

    If you are still having trouble confirming your e-mail address or account, please contact onlinesupport@marvel.comPlease be sure to include your e-mail address along with any other information that is relevant to your problem

    This message frequently happens when either the username or password information do not match or if your cookies are not enabled in your browser. Make sure you are entering your username and not e-mail address in the correct field.  If you are sure you have correctly entered your username and password, please follow these instructions so that your cookies are enabled on your browser:

    1. In Firefox, go to Tools -> Option -> Privacy. Make sure the button next to "Accept cookies from sites" is checked.
    2. In Internet Explorer, go to Tools -> Internet Options -> Privacy and check the settings there.

    If cookies are enabled and you are still cannot get in, we recommend following the "Forgot Password" link near any login prompt on marvel.com. If the issue persists following these steps, please send an e-mail to onlinesupport@marvel.com.
