Log in error messages

This message frequently happens when either the username or password information do not match or if your cookies are not enabled in your browser. Make sure you are entering your username and not e-mail address in the correct field.  If you are sure you have correctly entered your username and password, please follow these instructions so that your cookies are enabled on your browser:

  1. In Firefox, go to Tools -> Option -> Privacy. Make sure the button next to "Accept cookies from sites" is checked.
  2. In Internet Explorer, go to Tools -> Internet Options -> Privacy and check the settings there.
