Peter brings his next-door neighbor, the gorgeous Mary Jane Watson, as his date for Midtown High Fall Formal. Meanwhile, the relentless Norman Osborn decides to take his experimentations into his own hands, transforming himself into the nefarious Green Goblin. With the Goblin out to attack a black tie affair hosted by J. Jonah Jameson and his son, Peter has to abandon his date and don his costume to save the day as the Spectacular Spider-Man.
