The epic adventure "Thor" spans the Marvel Universe from present day Earth to the realm of Asgard.
At the center of the story is The Mighty Thor, a powerful but arrogant warrior whose reckless actions reignite an ancient war. Thor is cast down to Earth and forced to live among humans as punishment. Once here, Thor learns what it takes to be a true hero when the most dangerous villain of his world sends the darkest forces of Asgard to invade Earth.
Director Kenneth Branagh leads a cast that includes Chris Hemsworth, Tom Hiddleston and Natalie Portman in the Thor's big-budget, silver screen debut, in movie theaters on May 6, 2011!

Such an epic movie!! best marvel movie to date XD only thing is i wished it would have a minimum run time of 130-40min therefore the Thor vs Destroyer battle would have lasted longer hence making it more epic and gritty, was also really hoping that the town would have been layed to waste during the battle. Still What an Epic Movie!!! cant wait till cap comes out then the AVENGERS.... OH YEAA ...

Oh and 1 question to Marvel when will THOR be released on DVD in New Zealand? i really would like to have on DVD soon so i can then do marvel studio movie marathon before i watch Captain America: TFA. Great Thor movie. Nice intro to all characters. Heimdall is the most outstanding character of all. But was having higher expectations on the fight between Thor and the Destroyer.
