Whether you're spending the summer at conventions or the beach, Marvel wants to help you look stylish! So, we took to the streets of New York City to show off some of these super looks.

Who says you have to wait until Halloween to dress up as your favorite hero? The official Marvel Shop has numerous costumes (for kids and adults), and with San Diego Comic-Con right around the corner, there's no better time to pick up some fun attire.

Want to show some all-American spirit? The Captain America Muscle Chest Adult Costume Set pays tribute to Marvel's patriotic hero. Did we say "Muscle Chest?" That's right, you don't have to worry about those missed gym workouts, because this ensemble comes with built-in arm, leg and torso muscles!

If you'd rather opt for green muscles, the Hulk Inflatable Adult Costume might be right for you. Our model preferred to show off his natural physique, but the ensemble comes with a battery-powered air inflating fan that can pump up the jumpsuit full of Hulk-sized muscles!

With excitement building for "Iron Man 2" (coming May 7, 2010), the Iron Man Deluxe Muscle Chest Adult Costume is sure to get lots of attention. Included is a classic jumpsuit with muscle legs, torso and helmet. Tony Stark's sharp wit, high intelligence and playboy persona not sold separately.

Want to go more for a bad boy look? The Ghost Rider Adult Costume might be for you. A motorcycle-style jacket and half-cap character mask with skull and simulated flames keep the ensemble simple yet edgy. Not included is Johnny Blaze's motorcycle, so you'll need to find your own ride to Comic-Con.

More adult and kids costumes can be found at the Marvel Shop!

For the young ladies out there, Marvel has partnered with Lotta Luv to create some awesome lip glosses and lip balms. They're available at over 500 Claire's stores nationwide, in a variety of flavors like cotton candy, cherry, vanilla and bubble gum. Inspired by 1950s pop art, the eye-catching packaging has romantic comic imagery and high contrasting colors. These lip balms and glosses are targeted for females eight and older, and while it's aimed at younger girls, let's face it, you can never be too old to wear such fun make-up.

Douglas Miller, Licensing Coordinator for Lotta Luv, says: "Unlike the majority of lip glosses or balms, these pop out on the shelf with bright color and fun graphics. The artwork from Marvel archives instantly draws the customer to the product as opposed to a generic non branded item. The juicy flavors and unique components on the square lip balms are also out of the ordinary."

We asked Miller, what is the messaging behind a Marvel branded line of make-up and how does it relate to the Marvel characters and stories?

"With a branded line of make-up from Marvel, girls will be able to feel as if they are going from ordinary to extraordinary just like the super hero characters in the stories, " he explained. "There is also such a nostalgic undertone that either young or older girls are drawn towards because of the long history and brand behind the name Marvel."

The lip glosses come in an assortment of yummy flavors and give the lips a shiny tint; just the right amount of color for summer. For less sheen, the lip balms are a great way to keep your lips perfectly pouty.

More products are on the way, so keep checking Marvel.com and the Official Marvel Shop for the latest Marvel Gear updates!

This really shows how bad those costumes look. Someone in licensing really should have done something about these. They're embarrassingly bad.

Good LORD. Those are horrible costumes. I wouldn't be caught dead in one of those... you're better off making your own costume... it'd probably come out better looking, even if you've never sewn...
