Cherry Lane Music Publishing Company, Inc. has announced a long-term worldwide music administration agreement with Marvel Entertainment, Inc. The deal includes 2008's blockbuster films
Iron Man and
The Incredible Hulk, as well as established and upcoming animated TV series, including
Wolverine and the X-Men, Super Hero Squad,
Thor and The
Avengers. The deal will also include Marvel's 2010 and 2011 film slate, consisting of
Iron Man 2, Thor, The First Avenger: Captain America and The Avengers.
In announcing the agreement, Mike Connelly, EVP of Business Development at Cherry Lane commented: "We are proud to be in business with Marvel Entertainment, home of some of the most recognizable characters in the universe.
