Marvel YouTube
www.youtube.com/marvel
Marvel launched a channel in late September, 2008 and it's already getting quite a following! The channel boasts 2,400 subscribers in less than two months and receives up to 29,000 video views a day. Content includes trailers for movies, animated shows, and video games, full length episodes of
X-Men: Evolution, Weekly Watcher and Marvel Hotline videos, and more! New clips are added each week and some of Marvel's videos are promoted directly on YouTube's homepage. This is providing additional exposure for Marvel's video content and is reaching fans across a new (pardon the pun) channel.
Marvel Hotline:
After the success of Weekly Watcher, Marvel decided it was time for another weekly video. Marvel Hotline features phone interviews with top creators plus exclusive art. The creators chosen have projects being published by Marvel that week, so it's a great way to get fans excited for upcoming comics! Videos are broadcast on Marvel.com, Marvel's YouTube channel, and across the Marvel Audience
Network.
Marvel Shop:
www.marvelshop.com
In October, 2008, Marvel launched its first online store. Fans can now buy Marvel items directly from Marvel's online shop at
www.Marvelshop.com. Every item on the site is officially licensed merchandise and specially selected. There are movies, toys, t-shirts, collectibles, and more.
Digital Comics Unlimited:
