The problem with political remarks is that almost always takes me out of the story. I read comics to escape I get enough political junk on the news.Besides what's the point people who agree with Brubaker cheer people who don't--get mad. If he's thinking he's changing anyone's mind well that's just sad.

We here at the Ninja Nation are trying to enjoy the re-launch and like the idea of the Secret Avengers but Brubaker can't seem to give up trying to force his political agenda down the readers throats. He has to go into how the "last administration" sold the mineral rights to Mars to an evil corporation. Of course the evil corporation represented in the comic book by the typical evil white guy. Steve Rogers even has to have a moment where he ponders the evil behavior of the last administration. I can't wait until the next issue where the Secret Avengers lament the Obama administration's complete failure on the BP oil spill. Oh wait, that will never happen because it is not part of Brubaker's political agenda. Enough, quit forcing thus stuff on us or present a more balanced portrayl of the real world not this typical racist liberal hysteria. Comics Ninja www.comicsninja.com
