By Nathan Smith This past Friday at the San Diego Comic-Con, the House of Ideas and costume designers at Disguise held a fashion show debuting some of the hottest new styles based on Marvel heroes. Fans at the Marvel booth were privy to this extravagant event as they gazed upon the catwalk, where models strutted their stuff while wearing costumes inspired by Venom, Captain America, Black Cat and many more! Judging by the reaction, the fashion show hit it big with the Comic-Con attendees. "Traffic stopped all around the booth as fans craned their necks to take in the costumes," said Marvel Director of Merchandising Damon Nee, "Well, the models in the costumes." This one-of-a-kind event lasted around a half hour and fans were treated to fabulous freebies which varied from miniature Captain America shields to Spider-Man masks and more! "Disguise planned the event well and the fans really appreciated it," Nee said. "I hope we have a fashion show every year!" If you liked what you saw, than you're in luck! Look for this special new Marvel line of costumes hitting stores during Halloween 2009! Check out the video and photos below to get a taste of what's to come!
