[quote@jarreth28 If you can't be bothered to check out history than don't be bothered to waste our time with your inane rants people!I pulled out an old Marvel bullpen checklist and from the looks of it in 1970, CA was on #132 and the Hulk was only 2 issues apart with it being on #134. So, they're bound to have #600 issues exceedingly close to each other even to this day. Now, Spidey OTOH, was only #91 back then, HOWEVER it's also been selling an extra 24 issues a year, so instead of 12 there's 36 issues.Bound to be a catch-up no? How long's this post OMD Spidey been anyway? 16 monthes? Spidey's also had some double-month shipped issues in the 90's during the summer. So has Cap I believe.Ah well, they are exceedingly close, but I don't think it's unrealistic. IF it's that important to you all, why not do the math, instead of b!tching so much?
Yeah, that actualy does make a lot of sense.... I mean, Thor,Spidey, and Hulk were all introduced in the 60s(I think Thors was a little earlier) so their milestones should be coming at about the same time. When did Cap,spidey, thor, and hulk have their 500th isssues?

[quote@wyvern9 [quote@Spideybuff Oh dear...please tell me i read wrong. Please tell me that Loeb is not going to be writing Spider-Man in Hulk #600! Silly me for asking how much more can they mess Spidey? IM being able to imitate his spider sense, making deals with the devil...and now...Loeb? After what happened with Thor in the Hulk book I am expecting the Red Hulk to use spidey's own web shooters and swing from building to building chasing him or something...
You said it man!I had respect for Loeb befor he killed Hulk..And I had respect for Spidey before BND (you bettrayed me Straczynski),But marvel has lost their balls.PS: Has anyone else noticed how Cap, Spidey and now Hulk are all now hitting #600, the timing can't possably be that good. Did Joe Q. fail math or something. (Sorry 'bout that Joe).
damn i cant agree wit u more on that PS parti swear i cant find one person on marvel that ive agreed wit on these numberingsits not that i hate marvel renumbering its that tha renumbering doesnt fit its not tha real renumberingpersonally i think that a comic series kinda needs 2 umm hmm wuts tha word im lookig 4...EARN their numberinggiving these numberings 2 all these series is like paying an NBA player witout him playing tha number of seasons he is required 2 playsrry marvel i dont agree wit u on tha numbering thing
