When I was looking through my GOLDEN AGE 2004 HANDBOOK I noticed that the pose Walt Simonson put FIN FANG FOOM in reminded me of the DRAGON seen in the All-Winners Comics#3(win/1942)Destroyer( page 1 ) reprint in this issue. The DRAGON could be a member of FIN FANG FOOM's race or a real Earth dragon or genetically engineered by Arnim Zola.

I really liked this tribute to the Timely Comics hero, The Destroyer!!Very good story and art. John Arcudi and Steve Ellis did a wonderful job on THE DESTROYER. I would "love" to see more of THE DESTROYER by this team.THE DESTROYER should return to the modern day Marvel Universe... yea, just like Cap, Namor, The Human Torch, Bucky, and Toro.Stan created another great looking hero ... so let's see more of him. This "return" was great... I can't say enough good things about it...except ... let this team "return" THE DESTROYER.!! Enuff said!! Or something like that.

This Destroyer comic look great! He's like the Punisher of that era. Maybe he should make a return to the current Marvel U ala Steve Rogers did back in the day....
