Marvel is pleased to present your first look at DAREDEVIL #512, the landmark final issue from writer Andy Diggle and artist Roberto de la Torre! In the wake of the shocking conclusion of Shadowland, Hell's Kitchen has been thrown into disarray and Matt Murdock is among the missing. Does the mantle of Daredevil now rest with a dead man? And are his friends, lovers and allies able to cope with what he wrought, let alone atone for his sins? It's the dramatic last stand of a Marvel icon as this era of Daredevil comes to a close, only in DAREDEVIL #512.

The real man without fear is Daredevil & Daredevil is Matt Murdock, Matt Murdock is Daredevil. PERIOD !!! Marvel might "replace" Peter Parker with Ben Reilly, Tony Stark with James Rhodes, Logan with Daken then but they SHOULDN'T REPLACE Murdock !!! Esp.with T'Challa??? He may not be a household name like Spider-Man, Wolverine or Iron Man but Daredevil/Matt Murdock is irreplacable !!!

I agree that the art has been fantastic and I love the Diggle and de la Torre combo. What I don't like is this Black Panther garbage. Daredevil has been the one book that throughout its history has not been subjected to the gimmicky marvel crap used to sell more books. I have literally read every Daredevil issue from 1 - 511. I am seriously considering not reading the book while it has this Black Panther gimmick going on. Marvel needs to stay true to continuity. If you want to take Matt Murdock out of the DD costume, then fine. Give us some great storylines about his struggles after shadowland and include the sub-plots of Foggy and Dakota. Obviously DD is coming back, hence the Daredevil Reborn books that are coming out in a couple of months.

The current artists for Daredevil, are doing the best work I've seen in Daredevil in a long time. Why do you think there changing with Black Panther coming on board?
