WONDERFUL cover by Paul Pope fot 'Electric ant'...I wish we could see more of this groundbreaking artist at Marvel, I remember something onto his blog , about one of his new project ( ' Battle boy' ) that he was glad to have totally freedom onto the number of pages of fighting-sequence and he was asking himself what Jack Kirby would now if he had the same opportunity...well when some one from his standart says something like that, you don' let him raving in the nature, I'm sure he would totally blast onto Silver Surfer cosmic adventures...or onto another K****' adaptation ('Ubik' )...There's another artist I'd like to see, and I know each time I'm talking about him it barely freak-out all the editoring staff but it is Ted Mc Keever. To my opinion he could the best SpiderMan artist ever but I can conceive that he's not the one who comes to mind...but mister Mc Keever is certainly ready for a K**** adaptation - I couldn't help thinking about him reading ' Deus Irae ' and it is not completely ' outminded ' regarding his current work for Image ( 'mETA 4')....
