I like the Joe Quesada variant cover, very noir in colour, and the artwork's good

I hate what they have done to Spider-Man. Also, the art is bad in this book. MJ looks really fat and so does Peter. I hope another editor in chief comes along and retcons all of this into shenanigans. Spider-Man takes his sense of responsibility and lets MJ speak for him to the Devil. Nice one, Peter.

I'm Done! I was hopeing that they would fix what they broke. the art looks good but thier just adding more salt in the wound for all the peolpe who been with the web head over the years. I will have to was look for a reason to stay with Amazing spider man but I guess I will have to drop it. and all the Spider-man titles.
