Marvel Entertainment would like to extend our congratulations to Peter David, who has been named Grandmaster of the 2011 Scribe Awards! The awards, created by the International Association of Media Tie-in Writers, honor excellence in the field of writing licensed tie-in novels for television shows, movies, and games. The title of Grandmaster is also meant to honor career achievement in the field, and there are few writers more deserving than Mr. David.
