The fallout from the events of ORIGINAL SIN #1 will soon hit Marvel's oldest super hero team, the Invaders, and there's nothing they can do about it!

Since this group got its start way back during World War II, odds are they've racked up a number of secrets throughout their decades of on-and-off heroics. Now the team has reformed in the pages of ALL-NEW INVADERS, and the secrets kept by its members – Captain America, Winter Soldier, Namor, and the original Human Torch – won't stay hidden for much longer. To get everyone up to speed on the Greatest Generation's mightiest heroes, we've compiled a list of the team's biggest battles!

1. INVADERS VS. AVENGERS

The Invaders, based on a quintet of characters that initially appeared in 1946's ALL WINNERS COMICS #19, made their modern day debut in a time-twisting Avengers adventure. The modern Avengers found themselves transported back to 1941, where they ran afoul of the group who mistook the colorfully dressed heroes for Nazis. Earth's Mightiest KO'd the Invaders and then convinced Kang and Grandmaster to send them back home.

2. INVADERS VS. MASTER MAN

The Invaders made their solo debut in a special double-sized issue that told the tale of how the team formed. With the super strong Master Man adding considerable power to Hitler's forces, it took the skills of all five super heroes to save British Prime Minister Winston Churchill's life. Following their successful mission, Churchill strongly urged the fighting fivesome to stay together, christening them "the Invaders."

3. INVADERS VS. NAZIS

The team's ranks grew shortly thereafter when they relocated to England and teamed up with the original Union Jack, Lord James Montgomery Falsworth. Soon afterwards, Union Jack's children – Brian and Jacqueline – became Invaders. Brian took up the mantle of Union Jack while Jacqueline chose her own identity: Spitfire. Their expanded ranks continued to fight evil, protecting the inhabitants of Warsaw from Nazi tanks.

4. INVADERS VS. ADAM-II

This alternate reality adventure puts the Invaders through their post-World War II paces. Instead of disbanding at the end of the war, the team instead takes on the All-Winners Squad moniker and continues fighting injustice – including an evil android's plot to replace presidential candidate John F. Kennedy with a robot. The high stakes adventure ends in tragedy, par for course when it comes to WHAT IF?, but the team's innate heroism still shines through.

5. INVADERS VS. THE PLAGUE

ALL-NEW INVADERS marks the most recent time the team has reassembled in the modern era. The heroes previously reunited to contain a plague originally unleashed during the heyday of World War II. The threat, originally manufactured by Arnim Zola in the '40's, may have brought the team back together, but it also brought back some of their worst memoires – namely the time the Invaders erased an entire village's population from existence for the greater good of the world.

Original Sin hits ALL-NEW INVADERS this summer!
