      Why does Marvel dont wont my money? I would love to pay for Marvel Unlimited but you really want me to have a credit card? Guys.... it`s the 21st century, learn to paypal! Marvel learn how online payment works!

      I'm getting  "Please enter a valid Address Line 1."  It's the right address, I even double checked my bank... Can anyone help?

      Anyone having problems signing up for Unlimited?  I have been trying for a couple of weeks and I keep getting the error message saying that the address on line 1 doesn't match card on file.  I double-checked and both my address on file and the credit card I'm using match.  I tried contacting the online support and I never got a response back from them.  It's been almost 2 weeks with no response.  I also called the number given on the site to report problems and they forwarded my message to the support team and still nothing. I'm about to give up trying to subscribe already.

      Sent 2 emails over a 5 day period, and never heard anything back. Oh well.

      I've commented on some of the comments below and I find some of you sort of annoying in the aspect that you admit you've gotten your moneys worth. Problems occur and clearly the product is worth our money or we wouldn't pay for it. Let a lone sit here and gripe on a public Forum. Some of you are clearly digging for some sort of compensation and personally I hope you don't get it as that's simply put "ridiculous". Marvel has a great product and are working to resolve your issues as they've kept us updated around every pass. With that said I've had none of these issues using my Phone, Tablet, or PC. Just hang in there super hero fans you'll be with your favorites soon enough swinging, flying, and kicking butt!

      I thought I was the only person having difficulty loading the web after purchase. The Android app never loads up for me. I don't even know how it looks like 'cause it crashes on start-up everytime. I use a Windows tablet but you don't have an app for it. Only way is the web. I was planning on to continue the membership 'cause I really like having this many comics to read but if the apps doesn't work, I might think twice.

      Finally able to purchase after repeated attempts, thanks. 

      Read a good chunk of hulk comics via the web. 

      Android app consistently crashes at launch on my tablet. Either I have to get a more comfortable desk chair or you guys have to fix the app.

      I have recommended it to all of my friends during this sale, and I know for a fact that several of them have already signed up. But as many other people have said, the traffic is making it impossible for existing users to read anything. I'm hoping that with the flood of new subscriptions you can afford to hire a few more people on staff since 1) technical issues that I've reported have never received responses or been addressed 2) features like "comics I've read" have never worked as intended, it's obvious that you have a great vision of how this is going to work, but the fact is that you still haven't realized that vision, and 3) there are still SOOO many awesome issues that haven't been uploaded yet. Again, I love the service, it's paid for itself 100 times over (and I've only had it a few months), but either you are short staffed, or you don't care. I honestly believe the later because it seems like MU employees have an amazing job working in an industry where it's hard not to be passionate about the product. I am going to endure the glitches due to the glut of new members, but I pray that you are already have those job reqs out there.

      i'm beyond angry.  i've been a member of unlimited for 4yrs.  i'm not angry because of the $0.99 promo.  i don't mind what i pay a year for unlimited, it's a great deal, no matter what.  what's upsetting me, is that you did this w/out your site being able to handle all the traffic.  all these newbies flooding the site, has left me unable to read anything for the past 2 days. when i'm able to get a book loaded, it takes forever to fully load up, or has an error during the process...hell, some pages are coming up completely blank.  marvel, if you're going to try to increase MU membership, make sure your site is up to par, able to handle the traffic, first.

      I've been trying to sign up since the fb post and every time I try to complete the order I get an error message telling me Address Line 1 does not match card on file when it has never changed and I had Unlimited a few months back. I sent them a message and still no word.

      I been having problems with my serves. I paid the $.99 and it is showing that I am not a Unlimited member. So I don't know how to fix that and they have not gotten back to me. Which sucks, because I have been out of the loop of reading comics for a while and wanted to get back into it. Hopefully Marvel can get this all fixed soon.

      It is working here but it's very slow. Once the comic loads though it's all good and able to go page to page without issues.

      does not work most of the time. still worth it for 10 bucks. I am reading more Comics since i got this, so i think it does what it should do.

      How do they plan on compensating those of us who have paid for the annual membership? For the last 3 days I've barely been able to read anything, regardless of whether I try to use the android app, ios app, or website. Very upsetting.

      Signed up last week and was loving it until the sale started yesterday.  It will be interesting to see if the tech issues during the sale lose you more subscribers than you gain.

      Great service, but the related app is terrible. Also, Marvel doesn't seem very interested in responding to requests for technical help with the Marvel Unlimited app. I'm likely ending my subscription after this month because I haven't been able to count on reading anything on my tablet.

      @SinSkylar I use it on my IOS Iphone 5s and I have no issues whatsoever. I would suggest deleting it and re downloading it if you have not already done so. The product is worth every cent. I've been a user since Late January Early February.

      @tjsonofander I've had none of the problems you stated above. I don't even understand how can you say they either don't care or are understaffed. I highly doubt either of those situations are case and point. Their customer service has always addressed my issues in the time I've owned this application and paid for "Said Service" I have in fact only had one issue. I think it's great that Marvel has the cash flow and ability to finally offer such a service. Clearly not every issue is uploaded and we'd all love to see a certain series or a specific comic uploaded. I'm sure they'll get there. You mention having an awesome vision and I think they've executed it perfectly. As someone who works in an Internet department for a Major company let me just say that sometimes the projections for capacity are not what they expected or it's beyond capacity. Sometimes things are just not foreseeable. All of my read offline comics are also viewable .

      So my app library has reappeared and so have the issues I had selected for "read offline" though I still have to download them. I hope everyone else is having as good of luck.

      Did you ever get this problem resolved?  I'm having the same problem and I've tried contacting the support, sending them tweets and still no response almost 2 weeks already

      @tjsonofander Yep, all my stuff is back too.  I'm excited that MU is getting so many looks from new folks.  Marvel will fix the stuff, but the more that join, the better the service will end up being as it will get more and more internal attention.  Plus, more people reading comics is a win for us all.

      @topspin1 @ironisgold Nope. Missed out on the 99 cent deal. My address in my account was the same I was putting in, and the same it has always been, and yet it was saying my addresses didn't match up, and I had Unlimited with the same card and address three or four months ago.

      I can't afford the ten bucks now, and whenever I can I'll probably get it again (if I don't have any technical difficulties.) I love Marvel. They are my favorite comic publisher. I understand they had a lot of traffic, but It kicks me right in the feels.
