Hey there, True Believers! Some of our top editors and creators just wrapped the Mondo Marvel Panel here at New York Comic-Con and we've got a full report on all the haps!

In attendance were Joe Quesada, Jim McCann, C.B. Cebulski, Marc Guggenheim, Dan Slott, Greg Pak, Tom Brevoort, Axel Alonso, Steve Wacker, Fred Van Lente, Jason AAron, Brian Reed and Duane Swierczynski.

The panel began with the announcement of Terry Moore month in September, when both of his Marvel debuts launch! He and Humberto Ramos take over RUNAWAYS and Moore, best known for his landmark indie series Strangers in Paradise, teams with Craig Rousseau for the relaunch of SPIDER-MAN LOVES MARY-JANE!

Next came the announcement of a Marvel MAX DESTROYER series by Robert Kirkman and Cory Walker!

NYX returns to stands, courtesy of writer Marjorie Liu and artist Kalman Andrasofszky!

The biggest annoucement? Marvelous Mark Waid returns to the hallowed halls of the House of Ideas to join the AMAZING SPIDER-MAN writing team!

Marvel Editor-in-Chief Joe Quesada then opened the floor up to any questions. Some highlights from the Q&A session:

It was revealed there will be an AVENGERS: THE INITIATIVE one-shot focusing on Kimodo and Hardball written by Christos Gage.

"The Reckoning War," a cataclysmic battle to end all battles first teased in Dan Slott's SHE-HULK could be a future Marvel event. Slott says, "it's going to get bigger and bigger."

One fan brought up AVENGERS: THE INITIATIVE #7, an issue Dan Slott has placed great emphasis on as being a major plot point in Spider-Man's current and future continuity. Slott says the events of #7 will be incredibly important to AMAZING SPIDER-MAN in the future, so fans should go back and buy it because "it will be worth a lot of money."

Ben Reilly fans, prepare to be...in the same situation you were before. The events of "One More Day" have no effect on the Scarlet Spider. He's "still dead," according to Executive Editor Tom Brevoort.

Look for Taskmaster to have a bigger role in the Marvel Universe post-SECRET INVASION.
