A classic tale of brains versus brawn. When Samuel Sterns becomes the victim of an experimental gamma ray cylinder explosion, his brain mutates to an advanced level, thus creating the Leader. Aiming to steal Bruce Banner's nuclear experimental machine, the leader sends his "Indescribable Humanoid" to attack the train transporting it.
