The launch of the new ongoing series Wolverine: Origins has made everybody's favorite mutant hotter than ever.
Fans demanded a Marvel Universe with consequences and now Logan is about to bear the burdern of said consequnces. The fallout of the House of M is being felt and it starts with the return of Nuke, as Logan's search to regain his now remembered past unfolds with a bang.
The first issue of Wolverine: Origins has sold so well that a Director's Cut is on its way, issue #2 has the red-hot Canadian variant, and now Wolverine: Origins #3 has 50/50 covers by two of the best artists today: Simone Bianchi and Joe Quesada. And if you loved the Turner cover to the first issue, Marvel has turned that kinetic image of Logan into a spectacular poster.
All that and Wolverine: Origins is just getting heated up as its been revealed that Wolverine and Nuke have a shared history as well as a sure-to-be bloody future staring at both of them.
In Wolverine: Origins #3, Logan comes face to face with the psychotic super-soldier Nuke looking for payback on the Canuck. But can Logan hold this brainwashed soldier responsible for his actions after his own storied history of mind-control and memory implants?
Wolverine may not have a choice as Nuke begins to raise the body count every second he doesn't get his hands on Logan. With innocent blood already on his hands, can Wolverine justify spilling even more if it means putting down Nuke.
Pick up Wolverine: Origins #3 with covers by artists extraordinaire Simone Bianchi and Joe Quesada as the unraveling story of Wolverine's origin turns another chapter.
