To celebrate the launch of THE STAND: CAPTAIN TRIPS #1, the first chapter in Marvel's adaptation of Stephen King's classic novel, more than 80 stores will open at midnight next Tuesday (effectively 12:01 a.m. Wednesday, September 10, 2008) so fans can get their hands on the debut issue of this must-have comic.

"Return Of The Flying Dutchman": When the famed ship The Flying Dutchman appears near Smuggler's Cove, Spider-Man decides to investigate.
