The New Universe is alive again thanks to the all-star creative team of Warren Ellis and Salvador Larroca and fans have responded to their all new take on the 80's comic line in newuniversal. newuniversal #1 has sold out at Diamond and Marvel is going back to press with an all-new painted variant cover by Esad Ribic, the man behind the covers for last year's House of M.

newuniversal #1 Second Printing Variant features a homage cover by Ribic of Justice #1, one of the titles that kicked off the New Universe in the 1980's.

For a sprawling, realistic but epic take on super humans by Ellis and top-notch Larroca art, you must check out the New Universe reborn in the pages of newuniversal.

Be advised, copies of newuniversal #1 may still be available at the retail level.

''Fight On, Police Woman'': After breaking several traffic laws while chasing the Iron Cross Army, Takuya is placed under arrest and is sent to jail. While there, his cellmate escapes with the assistance of an Iron Cross Army machine bem. Spiderman digs deeper into the connection between the jailbreak and the army, only to find that they needed the convict for their plan to steal Cobalt X. Now Spiderman must make sure that Professor Monster can't get to the Cobalt X, or face the destruction of the city!
