@AmericanonimatusYes, Mandarin will indeed be the villain. Jon Favreau has also expressed an interest in everybody's favorite alien dragon...(points to those who understand)But why tell us about a movie that's coming out in like three years? And I would also like to see a Daredevil re-boot/re-make, AND an Elektra re-make/re-boot, as well as an Iron Fist and Luke Cage movie, a Silver Surfer movie, and a Punisher re-boot. Oh, and DEFINITELY a Ghost Rider re-make/re-boot.I wouldn't like to see Doctor Strange because I'm not sure they could find a suitable actor (someone can enlighten me to the contrary if possible). That's just MY 0.2 cents. What's yours?

Is Mandarin the enemy on Iron Man 3? I'd like to see him on Earth-19999.

I completely agree with you on Johnny playing Cap. Personally I think that was a bad choice because he doesn't really look the part. Maybe he'll surprise us but I'm not getting my hopes too high

I hope Disney can bring back some stability back to marvel and fix Spider-Man. And Make marvel put MJ and Park back together... I don't know if Disney want to hold on to Character that has made a deal with the devil and destroys a perfectly good marriage! Now o to thing that won't get my butt yelled at. I think it would be great for a new X-Men and FF Movies to tie in or around The Avengers! I mean think of all the good (hopefully) Movies they could do. Avengers vs. X-Men, Hulk vs. Wolverine, Civil War, and Secret Invasion and so on and so on....The only thing I'm worry about is the guy who’s going to play Steve in Captain American: The first Avengers and The Avengers. It's just hard to see him being the one hero everyone loves and respects after he played Johnny Storm in Fantastic Four. Does anyone agree with men?

I don't care who makes it just as long he face The Mandarin and his ten rings of power!!!

Nothing is goning to change about Marvel they have control of the creative process the only thing is Disney has way more frickin money to put behind anything is it does! Dreamworks is another studio partnered with Disney & as was Miramax both are the homes of plenty of classic R rated movies Saving Private Ryan wasn't watered down because Dreamworks was associated with Disney. And neither one gave up any of the creative process so wake up you idiots!

No, no, no. I don't think so. Disney?! Why?!

people are missing the point. like magnetic_eye has already said theres no reason at all to be pissed about marvel being owned by disney. people need to stop being so fraggin ignorant

Not to happy about Disney. Still gonna be good but Paramount knew where it was at. Disney is for a younger audience.

I think a cool movie would be a premise built on Issue #150, where Iron Man and Dr. Doom go back into time and battle each other in the days of King Author's reign. Iron Man aligns himself with the King and Doom with the King's evil sister...Morgan le Fay. Read it!!

well, Disney has not made all rated G movies, they(or companies owned by them) have done many PG-13 movies, they do not dumb everything down, people have already pointed some of those out. Disney related companies have made some fairly violent movies, there is not much wrong with Disney owning marvel

wulfer

Disney sucks, marvel made the baddest decision ever made, marvel is PG-13 to rated R it isn't rated g, like Disney crap, they would've done something better than that, Disney does have a lot of money but Marvel could have made their own studio and stores around the world..... well i hope they make a good scene of spiderman reboot and all of the new movies that are coming up....

I think Disney needs to back away from Marvel for multiple reasons that I will not go into. As for the New Iron Man movie, I am stoked!I agree with JuniorHernandez in that they have not really made a really good X-Men movie and I think they could do it justice by starting over with the original characters.Final note: Where's the Cable / Deadpool movie? That would make for a really good movie although I don't like what they did with Wade Wilson in the latest Wolverine Origins movie...he's the Merc with the mouth, how can you have it sewn up????

Yeah, I'm inclined to agree with Magnetic_Eye. Being owned and distributed by Disney isn't necessarily a bad thing. Just because they've done 'kid friendly' movies in the 1930's to 1950's doesn't mean these films are going to become unadulterated. They're still going to remain as kick-ass as before. Hopefully the Avengers is going to be fantastic, and this'll be just as good.

One of the best things that’s happened for MARVEL is to be owned by a major film company the same way DC is owned by Warner Bros.Disney is not about to go broke anytime soon so that is good for future MARVEL projects and for acquiring the film rights back from Phony Sony and Fox Abattoirs

Magnetic_Eye
Magnetic_Eye

The acquisition of Miramax by The Walt Disney Company Disney in 1993 DID NOT turn all their future projects into PG13 films. Below is just a small example out of hundreds of films that are technically owned by Disney.RushmoreArmageddonDead Poets SocietyEd WoodCoyote UglyClerksPulp FictionThere Will Be BloodKill Bill

That's good news. So when is the Disney / Marvel Behemoth going to buy back film rights to their characters from Phony Sony & Fox Abattoirs???I'm so sick and tired of watching counterfeits so much so that I am now boycotting any of their super hero releases.

i dont like the fact that disney is apart of this i think i speak for most fans that this is wrong for disney will try to alter the heros we come to know and love and i hope marvel will not let that happen. i like that fact that these characters are real to those who enjoy them being human and having real emotion so if iron man doesn't become PG and be around PG13 im up for it. i just dont like disney interfering with a already awesome character.

Disney isn't afraid to tackle controversial subject matter. In Pirates of the Caribbean people are getting run through with swords all the time. They put the right rating on it and let it rock n' roll...

they should start all x-men movie from the begining; Personal opinion they have never made an x-men movie what they have done is wolverine movies with hes a good character on marvel universe but what they should do is a movie with the 1st original x-men against the original brother hood of evil and like a croosover movie with the all weapon x, i know marvel has great writers they shound let this kind of movies go strait to garbage!!!

there is little reason to believe Disney has any intention of making Iron Man movies childish, they have done movies that were not entirely child friendly. There is not much cause for worry

Cool. I wish Disney would grab those people working on the Wolverine movie and make sure they don't screw it up like those who did the first one.
